Glenn Hidalgo And How Much He REALLY LIKES Chinese Food
My friend Glenn Hidalgo and I really like Chinese Food, We like all kinds and love to order in or get take out. Glenn Hidalgo and I also like sushi. It's not exactly Chinese food but sometimes you can get it from the same place.
Glenn Hidalgo and I were talking about how I used to get Chinese food in Queens and he got it in Brooklyn. Back in those days you had to call it in. That was always fun. Maybe they got it right, you had no idea. Then you had to go get it. Someone had to go get it. Glenn Hidalgo said his uncle used to make him go get the Chinese food.
When I was in Queens we used to get chinese food all the time as a kid. Then when I moved we still got it, but we'd pick it up and eat it at the pool. I asked Glenn Hidalgo if he had a pool back then and he said no. When I was a lifeguard we'd all order it and one of the lifeguards would go pick it up for the rest of us. Those were the days. There was no seamless. I was telling Glenn Hidalgo he should have been hanging out with us at my beach but we didn't know each other then and he had lots of other things going on. Very different than what I was doing. But hey, when in doubt order some good Chinese food and it makes everything better. Right Glenn Hidalgo? Right.
